Hundreds join the settlement process in the center of the town of Al-Shamitiyeh in the countryside of Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor, (ST) – For the second day, the settlement process for the people of Deir Ezzor continues in the center of the town of Al-Shamitieh in the western countryside, where hundreds of wanted peoplemilitary service deserters and those who are absent from compulsory and reserve services have joined the settlement process.

Ali Issa Al-Saleh said in a statement to SANA that he had absconded from compulsory service since 2012 and made a settlement to return to his military rank, while Muayyad Al-Hassan stated that he had made the settlement in preparation for joining the compulsory service.

 Hussein Saeed Al-Mohammed said that the settlement enabled him to return to the homeland and practice his normal life.

Fayez Malati, who came from a distance, called on all those covered by the settlement to take advantage of this opportunity.

The settlement process will continue in the coming days in the Al- Shamitiyeh Center to provide an opportunity for those wishing to settle their status to join it.

The comprehensive settlement aims to establish security and safety in the governorate and to consolidate stability, which will reflect positively on public life in Deir Ezzor.
