The agency quoted the Minister of Health Hassan Ghabbash as saying to reporters that the vaccines and the laboratory equipment support the health sector in Syria in fighting the pandemic and reflect the Chinese leadership’s keenness on enhancing relations with Syria in different fields.
For his part, China’s Ambassador in Damascus Feng Biao declared that his country exerts every possible effort to back the global response to fight Coronavirus and achieve a bigger international cooperation in this regard.
He regretted that some western countries do not support the efforts of delivering vaccines to all countries, asserting that the United States and western countries practice hypocrisy with respect to human rights.
