Hundreds of families have been displaced from areas in the Hasakeh countryside as a result of the brutal attacks of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries

Hasakeh (ST): The villages of Abu Rasin and Tal Tamr districts in the northwestern countryside of Hasakeh witnessed the displacement of hundreds of families as a result of the brutal aggression of the Turkish occupation forces and its mercenaries, which led to the death and injury of a number of civilians and caused significant damage to homes, public and private properties and services facilities.

The Director of Social Affairs and Labor in Hasakeh, Ibrahim Khalaf, said in a statement that the directorate sent monitoring teams to the areas that were exposed to the attacks of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries to find out the needs of the people and secure the accommodation requirements, noting that the number of families who sought refuge in the safe villages surrounding the areas of attack reached 1,491 families.

The Director of Social Affairs pointed out that within the framework of the urgent response to provide assistance to the displaced families, food baskets were distributed in cooperation with the World Food Program to families, in addition to an integrated bag for 41 families whose homes were damaged as a result of the attacks. It includes mattresses, blankets, winter clothes, electric lights, a food basket and a hygiene basket.
