Residents of Khuwailid village intercept a convoy of vehicles for the American occupation forces

Hasakeh (ST): The residents of Khuwaylid village, northeast of Hasakeh, intercepted a convoy of military vehicles of the American occupation forces in cooperation with a checkpoint of the Syrian Arab Army, and prevented them from entering the village.

Civil sources told a news reporter that the people of Khuwailid village, north of Hasakeh city, gathered at the entrance of the village and intercepted a convoy of 3 vehicles and a Hummer of the American occupation forces and prevented it from entering the village with the support and backing of an army checkpoint.

In the context of the increasing frequency of the categorical rejection of the presence of the American occupation forces and the popular movement against them on the Syrian territories, the Al-Jazirah region witnesses repeated cases of the residents’ opposition to the occupation’s military convoys and forcing them to retreat with the support of soldiers from the Syrian Arab Army.
