Syrian-Iranian talks for cooperation in air and land transport

On December 22nd, the Minister of Transport, Eng. Zuhair Khozaim, discussed with a delegation that includes representatives from several Iranian companies, ways of cooperation in the air and land transport sectors.

 

Minister Khuzaym explained the importance of cooperation between the two countries to overcome the unilateral coercive measures imposed on the Syrian people and the need to frame cooperation in the air and land transport sector within legal formulas .

In turn, the Iranian delegation reviewed the possibility of creating joint airlines, providing support for road maintenance and rehabilitation projects, and investing in the construction of new roads and bridges in Syria.
