Israeli occupation practices systematic violations against Palestinian prisoners, says report

OCCUPIED AL-QUDS, DEC.15, (ST)-A Palestinian report has warned that prisoners in the Israeli jails are exposed to systematic violations that threaten their life, particularly those who are sentenced to life.

The report was issued by the Commission of Prisoners and ex-prisoners, which affirmed that the Israeli occupation deprives Palestinian prisoners from health care and it procrastinates in offering treatment to sick prisoners.

Some 5000 prisoners are held in the occupation jails within harsh detention circumstances. 600 of these prisoners are ill and they need urgent treatment.
