The 130th session of “Made in Syria” Festival kicked off in Damascus

DAMASCUS, DEC.14, (ST)-The 130th session of the monthly shopping festival  “ Made in Syria” kicked off this evening at Al-Jala’a Sports City in Damascus, according to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA ). 
 
The agency reported that 120 companies representing different industrial sectors are taking part in the 8-day activity, which is organized by Damascus Governorate and the Chamber of Industry in Damascus and its countryside. 
 
It quoted the Governor of Damascus Adel Al-Olabi as saying that the festival aims to help people to buy products at lower prices. 
 
The Chairman of the committee that organized the activity Talal Qala’aji indicated that many Persons of Disability and productive families and Companies specialized in   making winter clothes are taking part in the current festival, which is being held a few days before Christmas and the new year.  
 
There are gifts for visitors on the occasion of the new year and Christmas, according to SANA, in addition to  some companies offer discount of 25-35% .
