Bratislava, (ST) – Former Slovak Prime Minister Dr. Jan Charnogorsky called for an end to the unilateral coercive measures imposed by the West on Syria because of the suffering it causes to its people.
In an interview he gave today to “Business SWER” magazine, published in the Czech and English languages in the Czech capital Prague, Charnogorsky said that, Syria’s confrontation of terrorism contributed to removing its danger from Europe. He called for opening a dialogue with the Syrian government on various issues, including the return of Syrian refugees to their country.
Charnogorsky considered that the solution to the issue of the flow of migrants and refugees to Europe lies in working with realistic policies and not submitting to the positions and policies of the United States.
