Dozens turn themselves in to authorities in Homs

Homs, (ST) –”some 78 people from Hasya and Jandar towns, who were misled and got involved in the ongoing events, have turned themselves in and laid their weapons down to the competent authorities, “a provincial official source said.

“the 78 people were released after pledging never to take up arms or commit any sabotage acts again, ” added the source according to a local media.

It is worth noting that on July 8th , 350 people from Tal Shor, Rabia, Ghasbia, Jdeidet al-Assi and al-Tenbeh towns in Homs countryside surrendered themselves and laid their weapons down  they immediately they were released .
