Palestinian people will continue the struggle until they defeat occupation, says Abbas

Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas reiterated that the Palestinian people will continue the struggle until the Israeli occupation is defeated and the Palestinian’s inalienable legitimate rights are restored, foremost of which is the establishment of their independent state with Al-Quds as its capital.

Wafa News Agency quoted Abbas as saying in a speech on Monday on the occasion of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People that, the Israeli occupation continues to commit crimes against the Palestinians through ethnic cleansing, forced displacement, arrest campaigns, the seizure of land and natural resources. Israeli occupation forces also try to Judaize the occupied city of Al-Quds (Jerusalem) and its Christian and Islamic holy sites. “All these practices require urgent action from the international community to implement the resolutions of international legitimacy and stop the crimes of the occupation”, Abbas added.

Abbas called to end the division and achieve national unity to confront and thwart the plans of the colonial, Judaizing occupation.
