Syria, Iraq discuss cooperation in the fields of industry and investment

BAGHDAD, Nov 25, (ST)-The Iraqi Minister of Industry and Minerals Manhal Aziz Al-Khabbaz discussed on Thursday with Syria’s Ambassador in Baghdad Saddam Jad’an Al-Dandah the bilateral relations between Syria and Iraq and the ways of developing these relations in the fields of industry and investment.
 
The minister talked about the historical relations between Syria and Iraq, asserting that the government of his country seeks to enhance partnership with Syria in various industrial fields for the common interest of the two countries. 
 
For his part, ambassador Al-Dandah asserted Syria’s determination to enhance cooperation with Iraqi industrialists and investors, referring to the privileges of  the new investment law No. 18 for the year 2021.
