A number of SDF militiamen are wounded in an attack by popular factions in Hasakah countryside

A number of US- backed SDF militia fighters were injured in an attack targeting their vehicle in the southwestern countryside of Hasakah.

Local sources told SANA that an attack carried out by the popular factions with an explosive device targeted a car belonging to the “SDF” militia on the “Abyad” road, southwest of Hasakah, injuring a number of militiamen and burning the car.

The attacks on the movements and positions of the SDF militiamen has witnessed an intensity during the last period within the areas in which they are deployed on the Syrian Jazeera, with the support of the American occupation forces. These attacks led to the death and wounding of dozens of SDF militiamen, and the destruction of many of their headquarters and vehicles.
