Iraqi forces launch an operation to hunt down the remnants of (ISIS) terrorists in Diyala

Baghdad (ST): The joint Iraqi forces launched a security operation to pursue the remnants of ISIS terrorists east of Hamrin Lake in Diyala Governorate, east of the country.

The Popular Mobilization Directorate stated today that “the leadership of the Diyala Operations Sector launched a security operation from four axes east of Hamrin Lake in the area between Jabal Qizl Ribat and Jabal Darawshka, with an area of 130 square kilometers,” explaining that the operation aims to pursue the remnants of (ISIS),search the area, and secure it.

Meanwhile, the Baghdad Operations Command announced the arrest of a terrorist in the Adhamiya area of the capital, Baghdad.
