The start of a comprehensive settlement process for the people of Deir Ezzor

On November 14th, the comprehensive settlement process for the people of the governorate of Deir ez-Zor began.

The process includes all wanted civilians and fleeing military personnel and those who did not perform the mandatory and reserve services.
