In support of the national industry and pushing the wheel of industrial production forward, President Bashar Al-Assad issued on Wednesday a law exempting imported raw materials as inputs to the local industry and subject to a 1% customs fee from the customs duties specified in the customs tariff schedule, as well as exempting them from taxes and other fees imposed on import.
