The first production line at Shahba Automatic Bakery in Sweida re-operated

Sweida (ST): The branch of the Syrian Corporation for Bakeries in Sweida has restored the first production line of the Shahba city automatic bakery to service, after completing its rehabilitation according to modern specifications.

The director of the branch of the Syrian Corporation for Bakeries in Sweida, AlaaMuhanna, said in a statement to news reporter today that the production capacity of the new line is 15 tons per day, and it produces a loaf of bread in conformity with the Syrian standard specifications and solves the problem of old machinery that the bakery was suffering from, which has exceeded the age of 30 years, and contributes to providing a large part of the needs of the city of Shahba and the villages of its region.

 

Muhanna indicated that the rehabilitation work included the installation of a new fire house and a complete production line in terms of shaping, cutting and fermentation rooms, according to the modern system and under the supervision of a technical workshop from the general administration of the institution.

Muhanna pointed out that maintenance work for the second line in the bakery will be fully started within the next few days.
