Cham Wings Airlines participates in Humanitarian Aviation Conference and Exhibition

Cham Wings Airlines is participating as a major supporter and sponsor in the activities of the 13th  Humanitarian Aviation Conference and Exhibition, which concludes today in the United Arab Emirates and is organized by the World Food Program.

In a statement, the company said that the conference aims to consolidate cooperation between airlines in the world and the UN World Food. The agenda of this year’s conference discusses opportunities to find innovative solutions in the field of air transport of humanitarian aid of all kinds, in addition to shedding light on the direct and indirect effects of the human factor and its impact on the operations and air transportation of airlines.

The statement pointed out that the company is presenting today a presentation in which it talks about its vital and important role as an air carrier in the transportation of various medical and humanitarian aid and its experience in this field.

 

The director of business development in the company, Osama Satei, underlined  the importance of cooperation with humanitarian organizations, led by the World Food Program, in gaining expertise and meeting the requirements of international organizations, especially in terms of maintaining the highest standards of safety and security for the transportation of passengers and air cargo alike. This comes in line with the requirements of the Global Civil Aviation Authority and the World Health Organization.

It is noteworthy that Cham Wings Airlines has contributed to the transfer of many air shipments of medical and laboratory equipment and even Covid-19 vaccines, in addition to food shipments and humanitarian supplies for the benefit of many government agencies and humanitarian organizations, and gained their confidence for conforming to the highest standards of safety and security in force globally.
