The United States continues to lead the countries most affected by the virus in terms of infections and deaths, with 738,863 deaths out of 4,5482,487 cases, followed by India with 4,51468 deaths out of 3,401,641 infections, and Brazil third, with 601,442 deaths out of 21590097 cases.
