Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – On Wednesday, a number of Palestinians were injured as a result of the Israeli occupation forces attacking them in Hebron in the occupied West Bank.
The occupation forces stormed into the town of Beit Ummar and fired poison gas canisters at the Palestinians, causing a number of them to suffocate, according to Wafa News Agency.
A Palestinian youth was also wounded by the Israeli occupation forces’ bullets during their attack on the town of Azzun, east of Qalqilya in the occupied West Bank.
The occupation forces arrested eight Palestinians in separate areas of the West Bank.
Wafa News Agency reported that the occupation forces stormed several areas in Hebron, the town of Beit Sahour, east of Bethlehem, and the towns of Beita and Burqa in Nablus, and raided and searched Palestinian homes and arrested eight Palestinians.
In the same context, Israeli settlers attacked Palestinian lands in the town of Awarta, east of Nablus, and cut down dozens of olive trees.
Ghassan Daghlas, the official in charge of the settlement file in the northern West Bank, told Wafa Agency that, settlers stormed into the town and cut down dozens of olive trees from its lands and sprayed some of them with toxic materials, which led to its drying up.
