He pointed out that he was able to achieve many titles in the championships of the Republic during the past eight years in the name of the Army Club, which he represented in the local championships.

Saleh said: “I always want to be distinguished, so the idea of breaking a Guinness record came to me two years ago. I started working on it directly, and the first attempt was last April. I suffered an ankle injury but I did not lose hope. I kept the will and determination to achieve my goal, so I contacted experts in sports medicine and a well-thought-out rehabilitation plan was drawn up. Finally, I was able to pull a Toyota Prado jeep weighing about 3 tons for a distance of 100 on Al-Assad Sports City in Latakia, breaking the world record set by the American Brommel by 30 seconds.”

Saleh added that he is currently seeking to enter the Guinness Book of Records to adopt his new number and register his name in the encyclopedia, so that this achievement will be the beginning of other achievements towards the world and raise the flag of Syria high in international forums. He referred to the possibility of his participation in global fitness competitions in the future due to his having sufficient physical ability.
