On October 3rd, the Palestinian Prisoners Affairs Commission announced that the list of the deans of prisoners who have been detained for more than 20 consecutive years rose to 100 after the prisoner Baha Youssef Abdel QaderMaasarwe joined it.

“The prisoner Maasarwe from Nour Shams camp in Tulkarm has completed his 20th year in occupation detention today, and was arrested on October 4, 2001,” Wafa news agency quoted the commission as saying in a press statement.
