Reactivating Lebanon’s relations with Syria discussed

President Michel Aoun of Lebanon and Secretary General of the Lebanese-Syrian Higher Council Nasri Khouri discussed during a meeting on Friday the council’s work particularly as regards to reactivating Lebanon’s relations with Syria in different domains.

During the meeting, Khouri explained to President Aoun that the Lebanese-Syrian joint technical committee, which recently inspected the Arab gas pipeline between Lebanon and Syria, has prepared a report indicating that the pipeline needs some repairs to be ready for full operation.
