Czech writer Lukács Lhotan confirmed that the West’s policy towards the aggressive practices of the Turkish regime made the latter persist in its fascism and dictatorship.
In an article published in Reflex magazine, Lhotan noted that the Turkish regime still occupies parts of the Syrian territories and launched attacks on Iraq, and since 1974 has occupied part of Cyprus, yet this regime is still tolerated by the West, especially the European Union.
He pointed out that Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s dictatorial regime spreads fanaticism to the point of ethnic hatred for everyone who is not Turkish, in order to divert attention from the severe economic problems it is facing.
Lhotan pointed out that the current developments in Turkey indicate that Erdogan’s regime is losing its popularity, especially among the youth and the educated segment, which is pushing many of them to leave the country.
