President Al-Assad Issues Decree No.44

DAMASCUS, (ST)-President Bashar Al-Assad on Sunday issued legislative decreeNo. 44 for 2013 .

The said decree provides for allocating the martyrs’ sons an average of no more than 10% of the scientific missions which would be specified in the announcement of the scientific missions.

The decree also allocated the martyrs’ sons  an average of no more than 10% of the scholarships in light of the rules of item B of the article 19 of the scientific missions’ law as well as the scholarships of the Syrian private universities allocated for the Higher Education Ministry.
