Dashti: Western support for terrorist organizations contributes to deepening the crisis in Syria

New York (ST): The head of the International Council for Supporting a Fair Trial and Human Rights, Abdul Hamid Dashti, stressed that what was fabricated about the events in Syria constitutes the most serious violations that history has not witnessed before,indicating that the support of some countries for terrorist organizations has contributed to deepening the crisis in Syria.

Dashti said in the interactive dialogue with the Commission of Inquiry on the Syrian Arab Republic during the 48th session of the Human Rights Council, “The suffering of the Syrian people, which has been going on for years, constitutes one of the most important issues related to human rights at the international level for more than a decade.

Dashti added, “Today, the picture became clear to the world, and all the facts that have been presented and documented by the members of the Permanent Mission of the Syrian Arab Republic to the United Nations have been proven correct.

Dashti explained, “Syria has proven its ability to refute these allegations and to expose the falsity of what some member states have tried to fabricate through their tools and the armed terrorist organizations that support it, such as the owners of the (White Helmets), which is no more than a blatant lie that attempts were made to pass on your honorable council.”
