The Assistant Director of Health, Dr. Khaldoun Al-Karad, said in a statement to SANA reporter that “the provided medicines come within the framework of improving the health situation in Daraa Al-Balad neighborhood and providing services to citizens.” He noted that the “emergency and therapeutic medicines include  anti-inflammatories, bandages, sterilizers, first aid materials and everything the center needs to provide the services as required.

Dr. Al-Karad added that “the directorate has re-formed  the medical staff structure within Daraa Al-Balad Medical Center to raise the level of medical services in it, especially since it covers a population of up to 25 thousand people.”

For the second day in a row, the process of settling the situation of militants, wanted persons and no shows for the  military service continued in the city of Tafas, as part of the efforts made by the state to restore security and stability to the areas of the western countryside of Daraa.

After the success of the peaceful solution proposed by the state, thousands of people from Daraa al-Balad returned to their normal lives. Work in state institutions within the region gradually resumed, after entering the workshops of service institutions, repairing infrastructure, removing rubble, opening streets and removing the earthen berms erected by the militants during the last period.
