A man, his wife, and his daughter were martyred and his son was injured in an explosion of a landmine left behind by the terrorist organization “ISIS” in the Western Al-Biyarat area, west of Palmyra, in the eastern countryside of Homs.

A SANA reporter in Palmyra stated that a mine left by the terrorist organization “ISIS” exploded in the western Al-Biyarat area, west of Palmyra, which led to the death of a man and his wife in their fifties, and their 5-year-old daughter . Their son was wounded. They are residents of Palmyra .

Director of the General Authority of Palmyra National Hospital, Dr. Walid Odeh, said in a statement to SANA reporter that the explosion resulted in the injury of an entire family of the area’s residents.

Before their defeat from the region, the terrorist organizations planted mines and explosive devices in villages, towns and agricultural lands, some of which were manufactured in a sophisticated manner under the supervision of foreign experts, which makes the process of finding and dismantling them more complicated.
