A landmine, left behind by terrorist organizations in Handarat camp, to the north of Aleppo, exploded on Tuesday injuring six children who were playing in this area.
The wounded children, between 10 and 13 years of age, were playing near the railway in Handarat Camp neighborhood when the landmine, which was left behind by terrorists before their defeat and expulsion from the area, exploded, a source at the Aleppo Police Command said in a statement to SANA, pointing out that the children were transferred to the hospital for treatment.
Before their defeat, the terrorist groups intended to plant landmines and explosive devices in the areas under their control, including in the houses and agricultural lands and on roads.
