Allouk water station completely stops due to crimes of SDF militia and Turkish occupation in Hasakah countryside
Allouk water station in Ras al-Ain area in Al-Hasakah countryside has stopped completely as a result of the crimes of “SDF militia” and the terrorists of the Turkish occupation. They cut off the electricity supplying the station, which supplies water to more than one million citizens.
The director of the General Establishment of Hasakah Water, Mahmoud al-Akla, said in a statement to SANA reporter that the station stopped working on Saturday evening, noting that the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries seize large amounts of electricity, which prevents the plant from operating at its full production capacity thus limiting the operation to a few wells and one horizontal pump.
Al-Okla highlighted the efforts made by the concerned government agencies in cooperation with a number of international humanitarian organizations to secure potable water for the people by providing water tankers and filling others in the streets and public parks on a daily basis.
It is noteworthy that the Turkish occupation forces and their mercenaries deliberately steal the electricity that feeds Alouk station in order to operate the agricultural projects that were built on the lands of the citizens that they seized.
