Social Affairs Directorate in Hasakah provides assistance to families displaced as result of Turkish aggression
The Directorate of Social Affairs and Labor in Hasakah Governorate started providing accommodation requirements and food hampers in cooperation with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent for the displaced from the northwestern countryside of the governorate as a result of the Turkish aggression on their safe villages and towns.
Head of the Directorate Ibrahim Khalaf said in a statement to SANA reporter that, in cooperation with a number of associations, the directorate conducted a survey of the number of displaced families from Abu Rasin and Zarkan districts who arrived in the city of Hasakah during the past 24 hours. The families were distributed to temporary residence centers in Al-Mushairfa and Al-Aziziyah neighborhoods in addition to Dahr Al-Arab School on Al-Darbasiyah road.
Khalaf pointed out that social survey teams and health teams have been sent to the centers and have started providing urgent initiatives such as hygiene, bedding and water aid while the Syrian Arab Red Crescent branch is providing them with food hampers.
The Turkish occupation forces and the terrorist organizations cooperating with them continue to attack the safe areas in the countryside of Hasakah, Aleppo and Raqqa, which leads to the death and the displacement of civilians.
