Fire brigades extinguish a massive fire in Lattakia countryside

Firefighting teams with the help of helicopters on Saturday extinguished a massive fire erupted in an agricultural land between Binjaro and Nahr Al-Safraqiya areas in Lattakia countryside.

Head of the Forestry Directorate in Lattakia Basem Douba told SANA reporter that the fire brigades have controlled the fire and they are currently working to cool the site in order to avoid the eruption of fire again.
