Israeli occupation navy renews targeting Palestinian fishermen in Gaza Strip
On August 15th, the Israeli occupation navy renewed targeting Palestinian fishermen in the besieged Gaza Strip with machine gun fire.
Ma’an News Agency reported that the Israeli occupation navy opened fire at Palestinian fishermen’s boats off the Sudanese area, northwest of the Gaza Strip, forcing them to leave the sea.
The Israeli occupation forces deliberately target fishermen in the Gaza sea by shooting them, chasing them and seizing their boats to prevent them from practicing the fishing profession, which is their only source of livelihood under the unjust siege imposed on the Strip.
