President Al-Assad issues decree No. 209 for the year 2021

DAMASCUS, (ST)_President Bashar Al-Assad has appointed a new chairman of the Planning and International Cooperation Commission ( PICC).
 
The president issued on Tuesday Decree No. 209 for the year 2021, which provides for appointing Dr. Fadi Salti Al-Khalil, professor at the Faculty of Economy in Damascus University, as Chairman of the Planning and International Cooperation Commission.
 
Dr. Al-Khalil holds PhD in political economy from Kuban university in Russia.
