An artistic performance by the Orchidia Ensemble in Salamiyah, in celebration of President al-Assad’s taking oath

Hama (ST): The Orchidia Folklore Troupe presented at Salamiyah Sports Hall an artistic performance that included several dances expressing the victories of the Syrian Arab Army and the steadfastness of the Syrians in the face of the siege, and a celebration of President Bashar al-Assad’s taking oath.

Ali Da’oun, the supervisor of the Orchidia Band,  said that the event  included six artistic dance panels that expressed the Syrians’ joy in choosing the one who represents the Syrians and rises with them for the reconstruction of Syria, pointing out that the city of Salamiyah,  has been steadfast  in the face of terrorism.

Ra’eda Aqoula, a member of the Executive Office of the Hama Provincial Council, said that the event comes on the occasion of President al-Assad’s taking the constitutional oath and the Syrian Arab Army Day.

Ali Khalaf, a resident of Salamiyah, pointed out that the ceremony is a message that Syria is steadfast and that it has chosen the person who represents all its components, considering that presenting this show in Salamiyah has its symbolism, given that this city has a rich cultural heritage and its standing in the face of takfiri organizations.
