Trade Union Assembly of Czech, Moravian and Selzko: Coercive measures imposed on Syria are a crime targeting its people
Prague (ST): The trade union assembly of Czech, Moravian and Selsko affirmed that the unilateral coercive measures imposed by the West on Syria constitute a crime against humanity targeting the Syrian people and have no legal basis.
In a statement today, the assembly indicated that the purpose of these measures is to avenge the victory that Syria is achieving over Western-financed terrorism, explaining that while the Syrian Arab Army is fighting terrorism, the American and Turkish occupation forces are arming and financing terrorists.
The assembly strongly condemned the US and Turkish military presence on the Syrian territories, pointing out that it is an occupation that loots and steals the Syrian treasures and antiquities.
The assembly called for an immediate end to the American and Turkish occupations of the Syrian territories and the return of the occupied Syrian Arab Golan to Syrian sovereignty.
