Two SDF militants injured in an attack in Hasakah countryside

Two militants affiliated to the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) militia were injured in an attack by popular factions on Tal Hamis-Tal Brak road in Hasakah countryside.

Members of the popular factions opened their machinegun fire on a car carrying leader of the so-called “General Security System” of the SDF militia as well as his escort along Tal Hamis-Tal Brak road in Hasakah countryside, injuring the two men seriously, according to local sources.

Attacks on the SDF militia’s positions and axes of movement in the areas under its control in the Syrian Al-Jazira region have escalated in reaction to this militia’s aggressive practices and crimes of kidnapping the youths and looting the locals’ properties.
