DER EZZOUR, (ST)_US-backed “Syrian Democratic Forces” militia has prevented farmers from reaching their agricultural lands and harvesting their crops.

According to local sources militiamen affiliated to the SDF [Its Arabic acronym is QASAD] prevented on Tuesday farmers in al-Sabha town in the eastern countryside of Der Ezzour from reaching their agricultural lands and fulfilling their agricultural activities.

The sources added that these acts aim to put pressure on the civilians and enforce them to cooperate with the militia and recruit the youth of clans to fight alongside its ranks in accordance with the US occupation’s schemes.

These acts also aim to force residents to leave their areas in order to siege their properties later and issue false certified documents for them..
Moreover, the local sources said that militiamen affiliated to QASAD on Tuesday afternoon stormed into Zeiban town to the east of Deir Ezzour and kidnapped a number of its citizens and took them to unknown place.
