In a letter delivered to the ICRC representative, the participants condemned of the war crime committed by the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries represented in the continuous stopping of water pumping from Allouk station in the countryside of the occupied Ras Ain city to different parts of Hasakah.

They also condemned the international silence over this crime, urging the international organizations to assume their humanitarian and moral responsibilities to stop this crime and help find a solution to resume water pumping the city’s neighborhoods.
