The Syrian Computer Society (SCS) has stressed that the “Remote-Learning” platform launched by the society last year is a gateway to a new era of digital education in Syria, as it is highly flexible and it gives fast positive results, according to the Director of the technical department at the SCS Internet Service Provider, Eng. Samer Al-Masri.
In a statement to SANA, Al-Masri said that launching the remote learning platform is the perfect solution to continue the educational process in the light of the current circumstances imposed by the anti-Coronavirus measures, as it is similar to real education in terms of the content of the subject and the general note that can be seen by all students.
He added that launching this platform provides direct communication between the student and the teacher, indicating that this platform was developed with national efforts based on open source software.
