Palestinian Foreign Ministry calls on the international community to stop the crimes of the occupation

Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on the international community to assume its responsibilities and pressure the Israeli occupation to stop its crimes against the Palestinians and hold those responsible to account.

According to Wafa News Agency, the ministry criticized in a statement on Wednesday the suspicious international silence towards the continuing crimes and violations of the Israeli occupation and its settlers against the Palestinians and their lands, property and holy sites. It stressed that, this silence, especially from countries that claim to be keen on human rights principles, encourages the occupation to continue its crimes.

The Foreign Ministry drew attention to the multiplicity of forms of Israeli violations and crimes against the Palestinians, including the theft of their lands, demolishing and displacing their homes, storming into Palestinian cities, towns and villages, especially the occupied city of Al-Quds (Jerusalem) and Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The Israeli occupation forces continue to storm into Palestinian cities and towns in an attempt to displace Palestinians and expand settlement operations, amid the international community’s contentment with statements of condemnation, without taking any serious action to protect the Palestinians.
