Hind Zaza is the youngest Syrian player in the Tokyo Olympics

Damascus, (ST) – Her success story began from the city of Hama, through the Governorate Club in Damascus, to the Syrian team for table tennis.

After her local brilliance by winning the republic’s championships in all categories, Hind Zaza set a record by qualifying for the Olympic Games in Tokyo as the youngest player in the world to qualify directly after winning the gold medal for the West Asian Championship.

Zaza said to SANA that, the dream of any player in any sport is to participate in the Olympic Games,and my dream has become a reality after qualifying for the Tokyo Olympics. She indicated that, she is in the last steps of completing her preparations for this important event.

Zaza believed that the competitions in the Tokyo Olympics will be very competitive , stressing that, she will spare no effort in presenting an honorable level that reflects the image of Syrian sports.
