President Al-Assad Receives Congratulatory Cables on Eid al-Adha

Damascus, (ST) –  President Bashar Al-Assad received on Thursday  a cable from the 1st Religious Judge of Damascus Ahmad Armoush on Eid al-Adha. The Damascus-based Religious Court announced that Friday October 26th is the first day of Eid al-Adha.Armoush said.

President Al-Assad also received congratulatory cables from Minister of Endowments (Awqaf), Mohammad Abelsattar al-Sayyed, Minister of Justice Najm Hamad al-Ahmad and Grand Mufti of the Syria, Dr. Ahamad Badreddin Hassoun in which they offered congratulations and best wishes to His Excellency  and the Syrian people, praying that Eid al-Adha will herald comfort, blessings and victory.
