215 local and foreign companies participate in (Buildex) exhibition for construction

Damascus (ST): The 18th edition of the International Building Exhibition “Buildex 2021” will start tomorrow with the participation of 215 local, Arab and foreign companies, in the Fairs City on the Damascus International Airport road.

The exhibition includes companies’ products from building and construction materials, air-conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment, water and environmental technologies, stone, marble, paint, insulation materials, security and safety systems, lighting and others.

The General Director of the Arab Group for Exhibitions, Eng. Ala’a Hilal, confirmed that the return of the exhibition after its interruption during the years of war on Syria is one of the signs of the recovery of the Syrian national economy and the return of economic activities.

Hilal explained that the exhibition includes in this session a special pavilion for Russian and Iranian companies, in addition to activities accompanying the exhibition and lectures specialized in technology, modern construction and investment incentives in the housing and real estate development sector, which will be attended by many businessmen.

 

The exhibition will last for five days, with free transportation for visitors to the exhibition via buses that will be located at the President Bridge and Bab Touma points in Damascus.
