Citizens in the Syrian town of Jadid Bakara in Deir Ezzor province on Monday took to the streets in demonstrations condemning the criminal practices of the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) militia towards them.
Local sources told a SANA reporter that the demonstrators protested against the state of insecurity and chaos in the town due to the SDF militia’s crimes against the locals and its acts of looting citizens’ properties and agricultural crops.
The demonstrators, who closed the roads leading to the town by stones and burned tires, called for expelling the SDF militants and the US occupation forces from this area.
Many areas in the countryside of Deir Ezzor and Hasakah have witnessed several protests against the SDF militia’s criminal acts against the locals which have led to the martyrdom of many civilians and the wounding of many others.
