A Palestinian killed and dozens injured as a result of the occupation’s suppression of demonstrations in the West Bank
Occupied Jerusalem (ST): A Palestinian was killed and dozens of others were injured today as the Israeli occupation forces suppressed an anti-settlement demonstration in the town of Beita, south of Nablus in the West Bank.
Wafa Agency reported that the occupation forces fired a barrage of bullets and poison gas bombs at the participants in the demonstration called by the Palestinian national groups at the summit of Jabal Sabih, which the occupation authorities threaten to seize, causing the death of the boy, Mohammad Saeed Hamayel, and the injury of nine others with bullets and dozens of cases of suffocation.
Dozens of Palestinians were also injured earlier today as the Israeli occupation forces suppressed a demonstration condemning its crimes in Silwad town, east of Ramallah in the West Bank.
Meanwhile, a Palestinian girl was injured as a result of the Israeli occupation forces’ attack on Palestinian homes during their suppression of the weekly demonstration in the village of Kafr Qaddoum against settlements and demanding the opening of the village street, which was closed for 17 years, east of Qalqilya in the West Bank.
In occupied Jerusalem, a Palestinian woman was injured and others were arrested, including two children, as a result of the Israeli occupation forces’ assault on them.
