Occupation navy renews targeting of Palestinian fishermen in Gaza

Occupied Jerusalem (ST):  The Israeli occupation’s navy renewed the targeting of Palestinian fishermen in the besieged sea of the Gaza Strip with its machine-gun fire.

Palestinian media reported that the occupation navy fired at Palestinian fishermen’s boats off Beit Lahia, in the northern Gaza Strip, forcing them to leave the sea.

The Israeli aggression, which lasted from the 10th to the 21st of this month, destroyed parts of the coastal strip and destroyed dozens of boats, which exacerbates the suffering of fishermen. The  occupation navy targets Palestinian fishermen’s boats daily in the sea to prevent them from practicing their profession, which is their only source of livelihood in light of the unjust blockade that has been imposed on the Strip for more than 15 years.
