People of Douma said that they had missed the scene of elections for years because of terrorism that struck the city of Douma. We cast our votes in the presidential elections in the first hour of the opening of the ballot boxes.
They pointed out that they came early to vote and to enjoy their right to choose the president of their country and express their opinion freely- an opinion that terrorism had prevented them from expressing for years.
