Citizens in Hasakah countryside protest against SDF militia’s crimes of kidnapping youths and recruiting them within its ranks

The locals in the village of Ajajeh in Hasakah southern countryside took to the streets in a demonstration to protest against kidnapping young men from the village by the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) separatist militia.

Local sources told SANA reporter that dozens of demonstrators in Ajajeh village, which is affiliated to Al-Shaddadi area in Hasakah, protested against the SDF’s militia’s crime of kidnapping 10 youths with the aim of recruiting them within its ranks.

The sources said that the demonstrators closed Al-Shaddadi- Hasakah road with burned tires demanding an immediate halt of the SDF militia’s crimes against them, including the crime of kidnapping youths to forcibly recruit them within its ranks. They called for releasing the kidnapped persons.

During the past period, citizens in Hasakah and Deir Ezzour took to the streets in demonstrations condemning the criminal practices of the US-backed SDF militia and demanding its expulsion from their areas.
