Israeli occupation continues to show its barbarism in Gaza strip and occupied Al-Quds
The Israeli occupation continues to prove its barbaric nature through committing more crimes against the Palestinian people.
The occupation’s ongoing aggression on the besieged Gaza Strip and the occupied city of Al-Quds has led to the martyrdom of dozens of Palestinians and the injury of many others. At least 27 Palestinians have been killed and dozens others were wounded, most of them were children getting ready to welcome Eid Al-Fitr.
The Palestinians narrate painful stories about the crimes of the occupation during its new aggression on Gaza.
Father of Palestinian martyr child Hussein Muneer Hamad, 10, told SANA reporter with tears in his eyes: “I bought my son new clothes for Eid. He was so happy that he will celebrate this occasion like other children of the world, but an Israeli airstrike tore his body apart and I couldn’t recognize his features…The occupation dressed him in a shroud instead of Eid clothes.”
He added that “the occupation kills our children intentionally, but all this will not undermine our determination to keep steadfast on our land which we will continue to defend with our blood.”
On his part, the brother of martyr Mohammad Nasir from the city of Beit Hanoun in the north of Gaza, said that my brother was martyred in the massacre committed by the occupation in Beit Hanoun that led to the martyrdom of 13 innocent people … The airstrike turned my brother’s body into pieces that I couldn’t recognize him.”
The occupation commits horrible crimes against the Palestinians amid the world’s inaction, he added, stressing that these crimes would not have occurred had it not been for the American support for the occupation and the silence of the international community over the Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people.
Mohammad Al-Masri, also from Beit Hanoun city, lost five members of his family in the Israeli brutal aggression. He said that my family members were near the house when the occupation directly hit them with its rockets, turning their bodies into pieces. He added that the body of a 10 year-old girl called Rahaf was completely burnt in the attack.
“Where is the conscience of the world concerning these crimes against children, women and the elderly? What is happening in Palestine is a horrible crime against the Palestinian people,” he said.
Saber Al-Za’anin, Member of the Central Committee of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, affirmed that the martyrdom and injury of dozens of innocent Palestinians in the brutal Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip, in addition to targeting the Palestinian houses, children and women and continuously attacking Al-Aqsa Mosque and wounding hundreds of Palestinians staying steadfast in its courtyards will not prevent the Palestinian people from continuing their struggle to defend Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa Mosque and won’t affect their adherence to their rights and national principles.
He stressed that the intensive Israeli bombardment against children has proved the disability of the international community to stop this aggression.
On his part, Member of the Political Bureau of the Palestinian People’s Party Walid Al-Awad said that the occupation is waging a heinous war against every Palestinian thing in an attempt to perpetuate Judaization and settlement expansion and to create new facts on the ground, reiterating that all these attempts are doomed to failure thanks to the steadfast Palestinian people who bravely defend their land and sanctities.
He asserted that bloodshed and attacks on sanctities by the occupation will definitely be met with more resistance and steadfastness by the Palestinian people.
