The conduct of the presidential elections affirms Syria’s adherence to its sovereignty, a Slovak parliamentarian says

Bratislava, (ST) -Member of the Slovak Parliament Luboš Blaha has stressed that holding the Presidential elections affirms Syria’s adherence to its sovereignty and independence and its determination to move forward on the road of stability and peace.

In a statement to SANA in Prague today, Blaha said, “Western forces have worked to destabilize Syria’s stability and security by supporting terrorism. This is why we see that, these forces reject any step that the Syrian government seeks to stabilize security and stability and proceed with the reconstruction of the country.”

He said that, the Western states don’t recognize the will of the peoples and they always seek to keep other countries under their control and hegemony.
